It was time for an upgrade to this home’s deck. The old wooden deck required too much maintenance for this homeowner and opted for one that is virtually maintenance-free. We eliminated the pergola roof and added a proper roof cover so more time could be spent outdoors in comfort. The new deck was done in Timbertech Pro Reserve Dark Roast. This same product was used on the fascia around the perimeter, as well as the stairs and post wraps on the ground level. The railing was done in Westbury black fine texture from the Tuscany series. The columns on the upper level were done with DSI smooth columns in Black Fine Texture. The underside of the new roof was finished with painted plywood and a new ceiling fan and lighting finished it off.
