Sunroom Addition & Main Floor
Back to all projects
This home had not been updated since it was built, 30 years ago. The homeowners spent a lot of time in their sunroom, and they wanted it expanded and made more inclusive to the living and kitchen areas of the home. They also wanted to give the rest of the main floor a fresh update.
We added 16 feet to the house, removed the wall between the kitchen and sunroom, and opened the doorway between the sunroom and living room.
In the kitchen, the windows were replaced, cabinetry built to match existing was added along with a peninsula, wallpaper was removed, and the flooring and countertops replaced.
The laundry room received a bit of a facelift with new flooring, countertop, and sink. We also added open shelving above the desk area.
While we were there, we removed wallpaper, updated the bathrooms, and updated paint and flooring throughout.
