The siding on the house was losing its integrity and in need of replacement. They opted for a two-tone, siding option in two different styles in James Hardie siding. They also used the opportunity to lose the shutters on the house and trim around the windows for a sleeker, more updated look.
With renderings that look like a photo, the homeowners got to see what their house would look like with the options they chose.
Rich espresso siding was applied to most of the home, while cobblestone shingle siding was applied to portions of the second story on the front of the house. This gives more character to the home. Now they can be secure in the knowledge that their siding will last for years to come without worrying about pests or rot.
