While primary focus for this project was spent on the kitchen and laundry room, we touched almost every room on the main floor of this home.
To update this home, new flooring was installed in the main living areas, bedrooms, and on the stairs along with new trim work and doors, plus the ceilings were resurfaced.
In the kitchen, everything was removed to the studs. The doorway to the dining room was reframed to allow for more cabinetry in the kitchen, and a larger door framed in for pantry access. Then we were able to bring in the cabinetry, countertops, trim work, and flooring.
In the laundry room we removed the existing cabinets, door, and trim. Then added new cabinets and trim work along with the flooring and paint.
