Rolling Meadows Project Story
This project started with an existing pool that had no shade. The homeowner’s dream was to have an outdoor entertainment space that also incorporated a bathroom as well.
A roof cover was designed to extend out from the existing garage structure, and facilities included a shower, toilet, and sink, along with some storage for pool equipment and towels.
First the plumbing was roughed in and concrete poured. Then we created a work platform over the pool so nothing, or no one, could fall in. Next framing began on the roof cover. Once the roof cover was built, custom aluminum framework was created for the exterior walls of the new bath facilities. We used TimberTech decking to wrap the roof beams and posts as well as the bathroom metal framing so the structure would stand up to the Nebraska weather and provide years of low maintenance. Then the electrician and plumber finished their portions of the project, and we completed the ceiling of the roof cover.
Now friends and family can spend more time out by the pool in comfort.
