Multi-Room
Back to all projects
Having done previous projects with us, these homeowners called on us for more updates. They wanted to make changes to the kitchen, two bathrooms, and the basement fireplace. We were happy to oblige.
In the kitchen, everything was taken out including the soffits above the cabinetry. The refrigerator was relocated, so plumbing and electrical work needed to be done. Once the utilities were relocated drywall work was done, including removing the popcorn ceiling in the kitchen, hall, and dining room. All new cabinetries came in, along with countertops and backsplash. Then new plumbing and electrical fixtures were installed.
The dining room received a facelift by removing some detail around the perimeter of the coffered ceiling area, adding framing and adding drywall.
In the upstairs bath, wallpaper was removed, along with the sinks, cabinets and countertops, flooring, tub and shower. New tile was installed on the floor. The circle design coincides with the stained-glass window. New tub and shower, cabinets and countertop, and sink were installed, along with new accessories and mirrors.
The basement also received attention by removing the old corner fireplace and hearth. It was replaced with a new electrical unit surrounded by a stone fireplace and hearth on one wall. This creates a sleeker look for the basement. New carpet was installed throughout the basement.
In the basement bath new cabinets and countertop were brought in, new tile floor, new plumbing fixtures, mirror, and lighting were also added.
The homeowners are extremely happy and are enjoying their new home.
