The homeowners on this project have a beautiful back yard and view beyond. But they were only able to enjoy it part of the year from their deck or patio. Upon recommendation from a neighbor, they gave us a call to help. We sat down, discussed their needs and wants, and came up with a plan. We converted their second story deck into a sunroom they can use year-round.

The deck surface was removed, along with the stairs and connecting wall. New joists were installed along with new exterior walls. Then new awning and picture windows were installed around the space for maximum viewing enjoyment.

HVAC supply and electrical were added for the new sunroom. Then the interior was finished with new drywall, paint, carpet, and trim. On the outside we re-used as much siding as possible, and matched new to existing where needed along with new soffits.
