My parents, Rick and Marica Willet, founded Willet Construction with a clear vision: to provide top-quality craftsmanship and unparalleled service from day one. It’s a legacy I’m incredibly proud to build upon, and I’m committed to preserving the core principles that have always made Willet Construction exceptional.

That level of trust doesn’t happen by accident. Over the past ten years, we’ve earned the loyalty of more than 500 repeat customers—and it all comes down to doing things the right way.

The Beginnings of Willet Construction
Willet Construction was founded in 1995 by Rick and Marcia Willet with a clear mission: to deliver top-quality craftsmanship and service while completing projects on time. The foundational competitive advantage was hand-written calendars and sticking to them.
Because of this, customers raved to their friends and family about how they loved the process of remodeling their homes — something that people hardly ever hear about a remodeling company. Word of mouth spread, and thanks to the trust of satisfied homeowners, Willet Construction grew steadily through referrals and repeat customers.
Growth & Evolution: A Commitment to Excellence
As demand grew, so did the team. Willet Construction added a production team, in-house designers, and a sales team to streamline the remodeling process and raise the bar on quality and service. In time, the opening of the WCI Kitchen & Bath Design Center marked a major turning point. We became a full-service design-build firm capable of guiding clients through every stage of their remodeling journey, from the first sketches to the final walk-through.
Our “production-first” approach guarantees that every design can be executed flawlessly, and our thoughtful process helps clients feel confident and informed at every step. It’s all part of delivering what we proudly call “The Willet Standard.”

At Willet Construction, our true foundation isn’t just built from materials—it’s built from people. One of our greatest strengths is the remarkable longevity and dedication of our team. Many of our employees have been with us for over a decade, with standout leaders like Eric McMann (26 years) and Jeremy Carpenter (23 years) setting the tone with their loyalty, craftsmanship, and commitment.
Their leadership, along with the fresh ideas and energy from newer team members, helps us honor our roots while continuously evolving. This unique blend of experience and innovation has shaped a culture of trust, care, and excellence.

New Leadership & Continued Excellence
In 2025, the company celebrates not just its 30th anniversary but also the completion of a seven-year leadership transition. Jason Willet, who joined the company in 2015, now takes the helm as President of Willet Construction, with Rick jokingly promoting himself to Vice President. Though his title may have changed, Rick remains an important part of the team, ensuring the values he and Marcia instilled remain strong.
Under Jason’s leadership, Willet Construction embraces growth while staying true to its roots. A new, larger design studio will open this year, creating even more space to collaborate with homeowners and bring beautiful ideas to life. The future is bright, but the focus remains the same: top-quality service, excellent craftsmanship, and an enjoyable remodeling experience.
