Tour Home Multi-Project Story
We worked some magic on this home, taking this home from the 90s into the 21st Century. Our designer worked with the homeowners to come up with a better layout in the kitchen, laundry, and bathroom. Besides updating the overall look, the homeowners wanted better flow, function, and storage for their home.

Laundry Before (left) & After (middle and right)
We started with removing trim, flooring and popcorn ceilings. We also removed the dated stairway banister, wallpaper, and kitchen soffits. The closet was removed from the laundry room, along with the flooring. The bathroom was stripped of all flooring, and fixtures. Once everything was removed, our carpenters and trade partners created a beautiful home that wouldn’t be recognized as the same house. All new flooring and trim were installed, ceilings received new texture, walls received new paint, and even the interior doors were updated. New cabinetry, countertops, and tile backsplash were installed in the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room for an updated feel and improved storage. A new sink and hanging rod were added in the laundry room for convenience. The bathroom also received a new tub, and shower tile, and all rooms now house new lighting.

The kitchen features Plato Woodwork Cabinetry with Bianco Antico Granite Countertops. Mozzafiato Cabinetry with a Vicostone Argento Quartz Countertop was installed in the bathroom, featuring a hexagon-shaped Ragno Bistrot Tile in Crux Grey. Throughout the home, 3 types of floors were installed including luxury vinyl tile, engineered wood, and ceramic tile. Pendant and chandelier lights were added with a modern farmhouse style. Moen plumbing fixtures were installed with the Blanco and Elkay sinks, and a Maax Rubix tub. Every detail down to the new outlets was addressed and improved by our team of designers and carpenters.
