When the homeowners for this project called us, they knew they needed more than just a siding replacement. There were areas in need of repair, and suspected underlying problems that needed to be addressed.
As expected, when the existing siding was removed problem areas were exposed. But everything was repaired, and the owners know their home is solid.
The homeowners wanted to give the exterior some interest, so opted to use different siding styles, rather than use one for the entire structure. Iron Gray siding in a combination of board and batten siding on the front of the house and the lower portion of the garage with lap siding on the rest of the structure. This was complimented with Arctic White trim.
After finishing touches of paint on the garage and porch ceiling, the home has been transformed to a beautiful feature of the neighbourhood.
