Many interior remodels can take 3 months or more from initial contact to the start of construction. Likewise, many exterior remodels can take 2 months or more from initial contact to the start of construction. Our process can include an initial meeting, feasibility study, design and development contract, computer-generated drawings, material selections, meetings with subcontractors and project managers, and securing permits.
